At a virtual gala on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, Loretta was honoured with this distinction for her unwavering commitment to supporting victims of crime, and her innumerable contributions to raise awareness of victims' issues in Ontario.
These awards are a formal expression of the Government of Ontario’s enduring appreciation of the important services and supports that dedicated organizations and individuals provide to victims of crime. In the face of incredible daily challenges, their tireless work to raise awareness of victims’ issues and access to supports helps make Ontario communities better places to be.
